The perfect gift for people who love trains, steam engines, diesel locomotives or just want to experience something incredible! These courses give you the opportunity to drive a large standard gauge railway locomotive under the supervision of qualified staff on one of the country's premier preserved railways. Three levels of steam courses are available, each of which is designed to meet the aspirations of those interested in the operation of steam locomotives. There is also a diesel course using selected examples of our unique fleet of diesel locomotives.
