Saskatchewan - Saskatchewan Railway Museum

Saskatoon, SK - Located west of Saskatoon, the Saskatchewan Railway Museum has an impressive collection of railway buildings, railcars and railway memorabilia that tells the history of the Railway in Saskatchewan and Canada. Climb aboard locomotives, cabooses, a 1911 Canadian Pacific sleeping car, or a Saskatoon Municipal Railway street car! Ride down the track on the museum's own speeder and learn all about the railway in the museum's interpretive centre.

The Museum is operated by members of the Saskatchewan Railroad Historical Association (SRHA). It was founded in 1990 to fulfill the SRHA's mission. The museum is governed by a volunteer board of directors. Memberships in the Association are available by contacting the board.

The museum is open during the summer months from the May long weekend to the September long weekend and by appointment on other days.
