The webcam is towards the moveable Florida East Coast Railway (FEC) Bridge used for passenger trains and you will also see the bridge in its up position for river traffic! In the background you have a glimpse of Fort Lauderdale cityscapes and the Riverwalk, a delightful promenade along the river.

Excellent streaming video, nice view, somewhat limited view of the railroad.
