Japan, Tokyo - Monorail Webcam
Tokyo, Japan - Live streaming video from Tokyo. Camera can be controlled and zoomed by the viewer. Near the center right of the screen you'll find a monorail line with a nice view for quite a distance. Depending on where the camera is aimed, it may not be visible, you may have to change the viewpoint, it seems to default to the river at the left side.
