Scotland - Kerr's Miniature Railway
Arbroath, Scotland - Scotland's oldest miniature railway ran it's first train at Arbroath in 1935. Since then, nearly two million people have enjoyed a ride along the 10.25" gauge, quarter mile long track on the seafront. Indeed many of the parents and grandparents bringing their children along for their first ride on the wee railway, reminisce of the day their parents had brought them along as toddlers.

Snowdon Mountain Railway
Llanberis, Gwynedd, Wales - Travel by the Snowdon Mountain Railway to the summit of majestic Snowdon. This master piece of Victorian engineering is the only rack and pinion railway in Britain and by far the highest, climbing 1,085 metres to the peak of Snowdon.
The railway is a legend in itself and is a memorable way to discover the secret of Snowdonia, a land intrinsically rugged and wild, unique in character, culture, history and myth.

Swindon & Cricklade Railway
The Swindon & Cricklade Railway is Wiltshire's only standard-gauge Heritage Railway. Based on the site of Blunsdon Station between Swindon and Cirencester, the line uses part of the trackbed of the former Midland & South Western Junction Railway.
Today, visitors can enjoy all the facilities they expect from a Heritage Railway centre. But it is worth remembering that everything they see has been re-created by the Society. Rolling stock, track, locomotives and building materials are all delivered by road.
