British Columbia - West Coast Railway Association
Squamish, British Columbia - The West Coast Railway Association is a non-profit registered charitable organization incorporated in 1961 under the Societies Act of B.C. The Association is dedicated to the preservation of the heritage of the railways of British Columbia and the interpretation of this heritage. Towards these goals 65 pieces of historic equipment have been acquired, as well as a significant collection of railway artifacts and memorabilia.
The Association owns and operates the West Coast Railway Heritage Park situated on a 12 acre site in Squamish, B.C. approximately an hour's drive north of Vancouver along the spectacular Sea to Sky highway. With over 400 active members, the Association holds regular monthly meetings, publishes an informative and comprehensive newsletter and is an active participant in rail related issues.

Canada - Copperbelt Railway & Mining Museum
Whitehorse, YT - The Miles Canyon Historic Railway Society restores and preserves mining and railway history of the Yukon. The Society operates the Copperbelt Railway & Mining Museum at mile 919.28 on the Alaska Highway, north of the city of Whitehorse, on the edge of the historic copper mining region (Copper Belt). You can ride the rails, visit the station museum or relax in the picnic area.

Canada - Whitehorse Waterfront Trolley
Whitehorse, YT - Discover Whitehorse's fascinating waterfront history aboard a beautifully restored, bright yellow 1925 Waterfront Trolley. Visitors to downtown Whitehorse can park and ride the Waterfront Trolley with stops at Spook Creek Station, Shipyards Park, the Kwanlin Dun Cultural Centre, MacBride Museum of Yukon History, the White Pass & Yukon Route (WP&YR) depot, the Yukon Visitor Information Centre, the S.S. Klondike National Historic Site, among others. This interpretive ride uses an historic trolley on the original WP&YR line along the beautiful Whitehorse waterfront.

New Brunswick - McAdam Railway Station
McAdam, NB - Built in 1900, the McAdam Railway Station is a National and Provincial Historic site and a designated Heritage Railway Station. Located on the New Brunswick-Maine border the former Canadian Pacific Railway Station was part of the main CPR line into Atlantic Canada.
The Station is operated and managed by the McAdam Historical Restoration Commission. It is an active museum offering tours, catered meals, conference facilities and much more. The Station is also a Visitor Information Center, located only a few kilometers from the Maine-New Brunswick border crossing at Vanceboro.
Come on in and take a tour. It's a story of railroad history when ridin' the rail was the only way to travel! Take the guided tour and discover the significance of rail travel to New Brunswick and Canada. Stories of German spies, plane crashes and a waiting room shooting are all part of the experience of rail travel in the early 1900's. It's a step back in time!
Experience the golden age of travel when you visit this heritage railway station, built in 1900. Get your photo taken in the telegraph office where you learn how to communicate in Morse code, the language of the early railway industry. Get a glimpse into history through artefacts, mementos and photos and see for yourself how things were when the local train schedule was the unofficial town clock. The museum is a 1900's train shed replica. An exhibit that changes every year and relates the life of railway-men.
A 900 square feet HO 1/87 scale lay-out that is constantly changing. You see a great deal of different modeling aspect like cars, structures, engines, scenery and many scale kilometers of tracks.
The visit will bring you in the past with different replicas and 230 feet of boardwalk that will lead you to a covered railroad bridge and to the resting area, the hall of fame. Then, welcome aboard for a tour of New-Brunswick in miniature, a magnificent journey through the modeler's eyes. Newfoundland - Avondale Railway Museum
Avondale, NL - With the closure of Newfoundland's railway in the 1980's, the Avondale Railway Station was shut down. The building itself, over 100 years old, has since been declared a Heritage Structure by the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador. The Avondale Railway Station houses two museums: a railway museum and a community museum. The five-car static train display contains a dining and cook car. The Community Museum exhibits artifacts of life in the fishing and agricultural community. The Railway Museum exhibits artifacts of life and work during the time that the railway was in operation in Newfoundland. The second floor contains a period bedroom and Newfoundland furniture.
