The Georgia Southern Railway Co. (GS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pioneer Railcorp, operates three segments of track in Georgia. The Perry to Roberta track operated is 30 miles, the Swainsboro to Midville track is 16 miles and the Meter to Dover track is 28 miles. The railroad's principal commodities are sand, asphalt, plastics, lumber, grain, scrap, fertilizer and stone aggregates.

The GWRC is an essential link for the industrial businesses of Wilkes County, Georgia, transporting many commodities including plastic pellets, wood chips, lumber, lumber products, and petroleum gases.

Goderich-Exeter (GEXR)
The Goderich Exeter Railway is located in Ontario Canada. GEXR has interchange points with the Canadian National at London, ON and Toronto, ON. The Canadian Pacific interchange is at Kitchener, ON and Guelph, ON. With 182 miles of track through Ontario, the GEXR moves over 26,000 cars per year with commodities such as Salt and Fertilizer, Wheat, Grains, Soy Meal and Rice, and Automotive.

Golden Triangle Railroad (GTRA)
The Golden Triangle Railroad (GTRA) operates over 10 track miles in central Mississippi. The GTRA interchanges with Kansas City Southern (KCS) at Columbus, Mississippi, and with BNSF and Norfolk Southern (via the Alabama Gulf Coast Railroad) via trackage rights over the KCS. The GTRA serves an International Paper modified fiber mill in Columbus.
The GTRA owns a locomotive repair shop that holds up to 2 locomotives.

Grand Elk Railroad (GDLK)
Kalamazoo, MI East Region
The Grand Elk Railroad began operations on March 8, 2009 as Watco's first railroad to operate in the states of Michigan and Indiana. The Grand Elk covers 151 miles running from Grand Rapids, Mich. to Elkhart, Ind. The line is leased from Norfolk Southern. Four short lines also interchange with the Grand Elk; the Marquette Railroad, Mid-Michigan Railroad, the Michigan Southern and the Grand Rapids Eastern Railroad.
Serving more than 55 Customers in Michigan and Indiana, the Grand Elk will help the area's economy by providing freight service to Customers at various locations. Commodities shipped on the Grand Elk include automotive parts, plastics, metals, forest products, agricultural products and aggregates.

Great Northwest Railroad (GNRW)
Lewiston, ID West Region
The Great Northwest Railroad (GRNW) is located in the Idaho Panhandle near the Washington state line and consists of approximately 77 mainline miles. Formerly known as Camas Prairie Railroad and Camas Prairie Railnet, Watco Companies purchased the line in 2004 and renamed it the GRNW. From Lewiston, Idaho, the railroad leads west to Riparia, Wash. The GRNW interchanges with both the BNSF and UP at Ayer, Wash., approximately 85 miles west of Lewiston. The GRNW interchanges east of Lewiston with the Bountiful Grain & Craig Mountain Railroad (BG&CM). Primary commodities are forest products consisting of lumber, bark, paper and tissue; agricultural products, industrial and farm chemicals, scrap iron and frozen vegetables.
