Wilmington, CA - Pacific Harbor Line, Inc. provides rail transportation, maintenance and dispatching services to the Ports of Long Beach and Los Angeles, which together form the largest container port in the United States. In addition to switching over 40,000 units of carload freight annually, PHL provides rail switching services for nine on-dock intermodal terminals and provides dispatching services for about ninety intermodal or unit trains per day.

Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC)
Wallula, WA West Region
The Palouse River & Coulee City Railroad (PCC) locomotives haul approximately 4,000 car loads of wheat, lentils and barley over 202 mainline miles of beautiful rolling hills known as Washington's Palouse region.
The PCC is comprised of three branch lines: the Hooper line, running from Hooper Junction to Colfax, Wash.; the Pleasant Valley line, running from Winona Junction to Thornton, Wash.; and the South Subdivision line, running from Wallula to Walla Walla, Wash., Walla Walla to Dayton, Wash., and Walla Walla to Weston, Ore.
Our focus in the Palouse Region continues to be the development or expansion of any rail-serviceable industry. Refrigerated Warehousing is available on the PCC at Walla Walla. The site is open to BNSF and UP railroad routings to or from Walla Walla via the PCC.

Jointly owned by KCS and Panama Holdings, LLC of Hazelcrest, Illinois, PCRC provides ocean-to-ocean transshipment service between the Atlantic and Pacific oceans. The 47.6 mile railroad serves as an efficient intermodal line for world commerce and complements the existing transportation infrastructure provided by the Canal, the Colon free trade zone and the Pacific and Atlantic ports. PCRC's wholly owned subsidiary, Panarail Tourism, offers luxury passenger service for business commuters, tourists, the U.S. Navy and private charters.

Panhandle Northern Railroad (PNR)
Panhandle Northern Railroad (PNR) is a former Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe (now BNSF) line which operates on 31 miles of track and runs between the towns of Panhandle and Borger, Texas. The PNR main line is primarily continuous welded rail. Borger is the home of the nation's largest inland petrochemical complex.
PNR handles carbon black, liquid petroleum gas, chemicals, petroleum products, scrap metal, fertilizer and grain, and serves Agrium, Chevron Phillips, ConocoPhillips, Degussa Engineered Carbons, Sid Richardson, Texas Pipe, Van Waters and others. PNR is aggressively pursuing the development of vacant land around the railroad, adding to the customer base of the PNR.

Patriot Rail operates 12 regional and freight short line railroads, a scenic rail excursion train, and five rail-related services companies with over 600 total rail miles across the United States.

Pecos Valley Southern Railway (PVSR)
Pecos, TX Gulf Region
The Pecos Valley Southern Railway (PVS) began operations on September 1, 2012. The PVSR operates 19 miles of track formerly operated by Capitol Aggregates. Cap Agg historically operated the railroad to serve their sand and gravel quarry located near the end of the line. Watco provides service to the quarry and to all other Customers on the railroad. The railroad sits in the heart of the Permian Shale Oil basin in west Texas and interchanges with the Union Pacific Railroad, which allows crude oil Customers the flexibility to access a variety of markets.

Pennsylvania Southwestern Railroad (PSWR)
Midland, PA East Region
The PSWR began operations April 1, 2003 as Watco's first shortline railroad east of the Mississippi. The PSWR is also the company's first operation serving a steel mill. Twelve mainline miles of track make up the shortline, primarily serving Allegheny Ludlum in Midland, Pa. The PSWR interchanges with the Norfolk Southern Railroad and mainly handles steel scrap and steel products. The PSWR strives to provide railroad services to the existing strong customer base and hopes to create many more relationships through quality customer service.

(PRY), began operating approximately 8.5 miles of railroad in Peoria County, Illinois when the Peoria & Pekin Union Railway Co. (PPU) assigned its lease with the owner, the Peoria, Peoria Heights & Western Railroad (PPHW) to Pioneer Railcorp. PPHW is owned by the City of Peoria, Illinois and the village of Peoria Heights, Illinois. The railroad's principal commodities are steel, and lumber.
