Utah Central Railway (UCRY)
The Utah Central Railway (UCRY) operates over 34 miles of rail line in and around Ogden, Utah. UCRY's corporate headquarters are located in the Amalgamated Sugar building in Ogden. The railroad's maintenance of way and maintenance of equipment departments are also located in Ogden. UCRY interchanges traffic with Class I carriers Union Pacific and BNSF at Ogden, Utah. The railroad provides exclusive rail switching services at Business Depot Ogden, a large industrial park.

Valdosta Railway (VR)
The Valdosta Railway (VR) is a 10-mile short line freight railroad that interchanges with CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern.
Commodities transported include chemicals, food and feed products, forest products, plastics, and pulp and paper products.
The VR was acquired by Genesee & Wyoming in 2005.

Ventura County Railroad (VCRR)
The Ventura County Railroad (VCRR) is a short-line railroad that is located in Southwest Ventura County, California. The VCRR currently extends over 17 miles, however it provides an integral corridor for movement of goods in the industrial areas of south of Oxnard, the Port of Hueneme and the US Naval Base Ventura County.
Almost 2,000 cars traveled over the VCRR in 2010 carrying automobiles, paper, petroleum and wood pulp.
The VCRR interchanges with the Union Pacific Railroad at Oxnard, CA which provides an important link throughout North America for the customers based on the VCRR area.

Vermont Rail System
Vermont Rail System is an affiliation of four Vermont-based shortlines; the Vermont Railway, the Green Mountain Railroad, the Clarendon and Pittsford Railroad, and the Washington County Railroad, which have provided efficient, reliable rail freight service to a wide variety of customers for many years. In 1997, the first three roads were joined in common ownership and formed a strategic alliance which provides for better utilization of manpower and equipment, resulting in an increased level of service to customers. The Washington county was added in 1999.
Reaching from Burlington, VT to the north, Hoosic Jct., NY to the south, North Walpole, NH to the east, and Whitehall, NY to the west, Vermont Rail System offers area shippers access to the vast rail transportation system in continental North America.

Vicksburg Southern Railroad (VSOR)
Vicksburg, MS Gulf Region
The Vicksburg Southern Railroad (VSOR) began operations January 8, 2006. Watco Companies acquired the railroad from the Kansas City Southern in November through a lease agreement and was formerly known as the Redwood Branch. The VSOR consists of 21 miles of track and interchanges with the KCS at Vicksburg, MS.

Operations of the Warren & Saline River Railroad, along with Arkansas Midland Railroad and Prescott & Northwestern Railroad, are composed of 137 miles of owned and leased track and serve the Hot Springs and Little Rock areas, as well as the southwestern and southeastern portions of the state. The railroads currently haul approximately 35,000 carloads per year and serve a diverse customer base in industries including aluminum, forest products, aggregates, energy and carton board
