Autauga Northern Railroad (AUT)

The Autauga Northern Railroad (AUT) began operations as Watco's third Alabama short line in April of 2011, but originally got its start as the Gulf Mobile and Ohio Railroad (GM&O). Watco now operates two segments (ABS and AUT) of the former GM&O.
Today paper products are the primary commodity shipped on the 44-mile short line which runs from Maplesville to Autauga Creek, Ala. The AUT interchanges with the Norfolk Southern at Maplesville, Ala. In addition to freight rail service, Watco also provides switching services at Prattville to International Paper, the largest Customer on the line.

Baton Rouge Southern Railroad (BRS)
Baton Rouge, LA Gulf Region
The Baton Rouge Southern Railroad (BRS) began operations November 28, 2008. The BRS consists of 1.5 miles of track primarily utilized by a local industry for their plastic and chemical divisions. Cars are stored on the BRS and supplied to the Kansas City Southern Railway. There are four industries located on the railroad shipping commodities: bauxite, plastic pellets, raw coke and calcinated coke. Proximity to the Port of Allen makes this location a prime candidate for growth.

Bay Colony Railroad Corporation
Bay Colony Railroad Corporation is a short line freight railroad principally serving southeastern Massachusetts, including Cape Cod and the Millis - Milford - Needham Corridor. In addition to moving freight for its customers, Bay Colony also performs AAR railcar repair work, bids out track construction projects and provides facilities for passenger service on Cape Cod.

Bay Line Railroad (BAYL)
The Bay Line Railroad (BAYL) is a 103-mile short line freight railroad that interchanges with CSX Transportation and Norfolk Southern. Commodities transported include aggregates, brick and cement, chemicals, coal, food and feed products, forest products, metallic ores and minerals, and steel and scrap.
The BAYL was acquired by Genesee & Wyoming in 2005.

Belt Railway Company of Chicago
The Belt Railway is the largest intermediate switching terminal railroad in the United States, employing more than 620 people. The Belt has 28 miles of mainline route with more than 300 miles of switching tracks, allowing it to interchange with every railroad serving the Chicago rail hub. The Belt's Clearing Yards span a 5.5 mile distance among 786 acres, supporting more than 250 miles of track.

Belvidere & Delaware River Railway
The Belvidere & Delaware River Railway was formed in 1995 to serve industrial customers in the Phillipsburg area of Northwestern New Jersey on former trackage of Conrail's Delaware Secondary. A branch line also serves Easton, Pennsylvania.
Service Regular freight service between Milford and Phillipsburg is provided on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
Interchange The BR&W connects with the Norfolk Southern (NS) at Phillipsburg, NJ on its main line between Allentown, PA and Newark, NJ. Commercial agreements also provide a connection with the Canadian Pacific Railway (CPRS) at Allentown, PA.

Birmingham Terminal Railway (BHRR)

The Birmingham Terminal Railway's fire-breathing dragon logo is a perfect representation of the industrial and energy sectors that are served by this Alabama railroad. Formerly known as the Birmingham Southern Railroad, the 75.9-mile line provides service to more than 30 Customers in the Birmingham area. The railroad has the distinct advantage of access to barge traffic via Port Birmingham Terminal which is located on the Black Warrior River. The Black Warrior River is part of the Tenn-Tom Waterway which empties out into the Gulf of Mexico at Mobile, Ala., providing the BHRR with the ability to ship commodities to and from all parts of the world. In addition to providing freight service, the railroad also boasts a mechanical and locomotive shop.

Black River & Western Railroad (BRW)
History The Black River & Western Railroad has served local industry in the Flemington area of Hunterdon County New Jersey since acquiring former Penn Central Jersey Central Lines in the 1970s.
Service Regular freight service between Ringoes and Three Bridges is provided on Sunday and Wednesday with additional service available upon demand.
